If you need to update the expiry date on your credit card, have had to report your card lost or stolen, or simply want to change your subscription to a different card, here’s what you need to do:

1. From any page on Edifix.com, click Account, then choose Payment History from the dropdown list.

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the Payment History page, where you’ll see the options Update Credit Card and Update Billing Information.

3. Click Update Credit Card to bring up this form:

4. After entering your new information, click the green Update Credit Card button.

5. You’re done!

But what if my subscription has already been canceled?

If you have received an email notification that your Edifix subscription has been canceled because your credit card could not be processed, here’s what to do:

1. From the Edifix.com homepage or any page on the site, go to Pricing and resubscribe.

2. When the site prompts you to either use a saved card or enter new payment information, choose the latter.

3. Enter the information for your new or alternative credit card.
