⚠️ The process for updating your credit card information has changed! ⚠️
If you need to update the expiry date on your credit card, have had to report your card lost or stolen, or simply want to change your subscription to a different card, here’s what you need to do:
- Log in to Edifix.com.
- From any page on the site, click Account, then choose Settings from the Account drop-down.
- Click the Your Account tab.
- At the bottom of the screen, click Update Credit Card.
- Fill out the updated information and click Save.
- You’re done!
But what if my subscription has already been canceled?
If you have received an email notification that your Edifix subscription has been canceled because your credit card could not be processed, here’s what to do:
1. From the Edifix.com homepage or any page on the site, go to Pricing and resubscribe.
2. When the site prompts you to either use a saved card or enter new payment information, choose the latter.
3. Enter the information for your new or alternative credit card.
